Some reasons for not receiving credit to your account can include, but are not limited to:
- You did not meet the third party requirements.
- You have completed or attempted the survey, or sign-up, through another source.
- Not all surveys credit instantly or within 5 days. Some may take between 4-6 weeks to credit.
- You have security settings that are blocking or that do not accept third-party cookies. Please check your browser settings.
- You sped through the survey.
To claim credit:
Please keep all proof (emails, screenshots, text messages, etc.) of completion for your records. When emailing member services, please include all proof along with date, time, and survey name and/or survey ID as you will be asked for this information.
