If the surveys in your account aren't loading, it may mean one or more of the following:
You're not matching to surveys.
It might be that the surveys in our inventory just aren't matching to you at this time. Try refreshing your browser or log out of your Vindale account and log back in. Then check for surveys again. Still no luck? Give it a day or two.
All surveys are full.
We have many surveys and millions of members. When survey inventory is low or many members are looking for surveys, you may notice your qualification rate dips. This is generally because a survey quota has been filled while you were in the middle of a survey.
You're missing required information from your Vindale profile.
Make sure your Vindale account is up to date and accurate. Any typos, missing information or inaccurate information will skew your qualifications and might even trigger our partners' systems to flag you as fraud. So make sure your profile is filled out and correct! To do so:
- Go here: https://www.vindale.com/v/members/profile.jsp.
- Sign in to your member page.
- Update any information and/or change email preferences.
- Scroll down and click "Update Profile."
When you update your account, it might take a few days for our partners' systems to recognize the changes. You might not see an improvement in qualification for a week or so.
