    @Noel - Either you or your email service provider marked our email as spam.  I have gone ahead and took the block off your account and you should now be able to access it.  Please be sure to add us to your address book or safety list to ensure you receive email and can continue to access your account.

    Why does my account have a different user name on it.... Thus I cant sign in!

     

    I can still earn money to credit the account.

     

    But.... I can NOT sign in because the username / password has been changed

If you're unable to update your information or get into your account, we may have to verify your identity before providing you with access to your account.     @Robertporter564 Okay, you might not see the credit for a bit and you might have to sign out and sign back in to see it. But it is there! And we are here if you have any followup questions.
